REFUND POLICY

Effective date: October 25, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Aleksandra Dubrovskaia, IČO 23701692, operating under the brand name “FLIP” (“FLIP”, “we”, “us”). All payments for FLIP services are processed via Stripe. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to subscriptions and fees paid for the Service. Unless required by law, refunds are provided only as described below.

2. 7-Day Refund (First Payment Only)

The client may request a refund within 7 days of the first payment (including a trial fee) for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the Service, regardless of whether any deliverables or meaningful work have been producedduring that period.
If a refund is granted under this 7-day guarantee, all usage rights to any deliverables or in-progress work are revoked per Section 6.

3. No-Refund Situations (outside the 7-day window)

  • After the initial 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage or inactivity.
  • If FLIP has begun any work on a Request, refunds are not available outside the 7-day guarantee.
  • If the client downloads, exports, publishes, shares, prints, implements, or otherwise uses any deliverable or in-progress work, refund eligibility is void outside the 7-day guarantee.
  • No refunds for subscription renewals, partial billing periods, or paused subscriptions.

4. Refund Procedure

Send a refund request to contact@weflip.studio from the same email used for the payment.
Include:

  • date of the transaction
  • the email tied to the Stripe charge
  • optional context (not required)

5. Assessment & Processing

Eligibility is assessed against this Policy and our Terms of Service. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary by bank/payment provider. If FLIP suspects fraud or abuse, additional verification may be required or the request may be declined. FLIP may take up to 3 business days to review and respond.

6. Effect of Refund

Upon refund, all usage rights to any deliverables or in-progress work are revoked; the client must delete all copies and cease all use. Access to the Service may be terminated at the end of the paid period or immediately upon refund, at FLIP’s discretion.

7. Exceptions (Misuse/Fraud)

FLIP may decline a refund if the client attempts to hack, disrupt, damage, or otherwise negatively affect FLIP platforms, systems, assets, or reputation; intends to resell, redistribute, or misuse FLIP services; or the account is associated with fraudulent activity (e.g., affiliate abuse, payment fraud, unauthorized reselling).

8. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current period. Clients can cancel at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
